Dataloop is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our amazing team. You will provide a fast, accurate and perfect fit solutions to our customers throughout their journey with us. Mastering Dataloop Platform and ensuring customers have the answers and tools to perform their daily tasks. We are looking for a person who can Identify customers’ needs, eager and passionate in helping customers with creative solution thinking.
Job Requirements:
- Good Knowledge of Python – Must
- At least 3 years of technical customer facing positions – Must
- Excellent communication skills – Must
- Knowledge in ML, Computer Vision and AI – Advantage
- Experience with ticketing system – Advantage
- Prior experience as QA – Advantage
- SaaS product support Tier 2 – Advantage
- Able to handle and escalate issues as needed
- Creative solution thinking
