- Bring the voice of customers to become part of the product design and company’s focus.
- Master product’s capabilities and roadmap, take our customers to their next level with our flexible platform.
- Work closely with Product, Customer success, Sales and R&D on a daily basis.
- At least 3 years technical cloud product support, Tier2 and above – Must
- Excellent communication skills – Must
- Experienced with Python – Must
- Prior experience as QA – Advantage
- Machine Learning knowledge – Advantage
- Experience with ticketing system- Advantage
- Able to handle and escalate issues as needed
