Customer Solutions Specialist

Dataloop is looking for ML support engineer team member to join our amazing team. You will provide fast, technical and communicative support to our customers and deliver them answers and solutions throughout their journey with us. We are looking for a person who can Identify customers’ needs, eager and passionate in helping customers with creative solution thinking

Job Description:


  • Provide a fast and professional solution/answers to our customers to allow them an effortless use of our product.
  • Bring the voice of customers to become part of the product design and company’s focus.
  • Master product’s capabilities and roadmap, take our customers to their next level with our flexible platform.
  • Work closely with Product, Customer success, Sales and R&D on a daily basis.


Job Requirements:


  • At least 3 years technical cloud product support, Tier2 and above – Must
  • Excellent communication skills – Must
  • Experienced with Python – Must
  • Prior experience as QA – Advantage
  • Machine Learning knowledge – Advantage   
  • Experience with ticketing system- Advantage
  • Able to handle and escalate issues as needed
  • Creative solution thinking
