About The Position
Based in Santa Clara, California, the Director of Sales will be responsible for sales of Innoviz solid-state LiDAR products and associated software into all industry verticals in North America.
The job involves travel in the US and to Innoviz HQ in Israel.
Roles Responsibilities include:
- Manage sales personnel, systems integrators, and reps
- Direct sales to key accounts – automotive OEMs as well as non-traditional applications
- Prioritize support with the FAE Team
- Represent Innoviz at Trade Shows and other industry platforms
- Bridge between Field and HQ(at Israel)
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding current ones to increase revenues for North America based strategic accounts
Requirements
- Successful track record of at least 10 years in managing sales of complex products
- Technical background with the ability to learn a multidisciplinary product
- Experience in the Automotive Industry
- ADAS / Sensor experience – an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer-facing & relationship building skills
- Self-starter, resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
