DESCRIPTION

 

Demostack is looking for a CSM to manage the growing number of enterprise customers. In your role as CSM, you will drive adoption, help customers define and realize value, and help secure renewals. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, customer focused and results oriented. We are looking for people that are excited to help build out the customer success role at a fast-paced and growing company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the customer lifecycle: leading implementation and launch activities, driving adoption and expansion, and helping to secure renewals
  • Working closely with the Product organization to translate customer requirements into features
  • You will be a product expert and trusted advisor to our customers
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and conversations with c-level executives
  • Provide end-user education and drive adoption through best practices
  • Partner closely with Sales and Sales Engineers to understand customer needs

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years prior account management experience
  • Strong communication skills and and ability to collaborate with cross functional partners
  • Have experience working on growing customer success teams
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Program management and project management is a plus
  • Location: SF Bay Area, Denver, CO, Remote USA
