DESCRIPTION
Autotalks is a fabless semiconductor company devoted to vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications for manned and autonomous vehicles. Founded in 2008, the company is privately held with strong financial backing. The company’s headquarters are in Israel with offices in North America, Germany, France, China, Japan and Korea.
Autotalks is developing its next generation SoC for the NR-V2X (5G) market, comprised from multiple subsystem (Baseband processor, Application processor, Security subsystem, Vehicle Connectivity). Seeking a Senior VLSI design engineer to be part of the design team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the Modem (Baseband processor) design
- Lead complex IP design activities and 3rd part IP integration
- Defining the micro-architecture of the NR-V2X Digital front end
- RTL implementation of the micro-architecture
- Full RTL Sign-off responsibility
- Following automotive design process and signoff procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of VLSI front end design experience
- Ability to define subsystems micro-architecture
- Verilog as a mother tongue
- Proven experience in designing large subsystems
- Experience with front-end tools – Lint, CDC and RDC
- Full understanding of functional (e/SystemVeilog) verification flow
Advantage:

- Experience in low power architecture and design
- Full understanding of AMBA protocols
